This customer in Pembrokeshire approached West Wales Paving looking to improve their existing driveway and create a wider, more practical entrance to their property.
The original driveway had a relatively narrow access, with uneven levels and surrounding ground that limited the available space. The customer wanted to improve vehicle access while creating a smart, durable and low-maintenance driveway.
Our team began by carrying out the necessary excavation and groundworks, widening the existing driveway and preparing the surrounding area to accommodate the improved layout.
Particular attention was given to correcting the driveway levels, ensuring a more consistent approach towards the property and preparing the area for the new tarmac installation.
Once the ground preparation was complete, we installed a fresh tarmac driveway, creating a smooth, hard-wearing surface suitable for everyday vehicle use.
The widened access and improved levels have made the driveway more practical, while the new tarmac finish provides a clean, defined entrance that complements the surrounding countryside.
