This customer wanted to create additional off-street parking by extending their existing driveway into an unused grassed area at the front of their property.
Our team at West Wales Paving began by excavating the grassed area and preparing the ground to accommodate the new driveway extension. The area was carefully levelled and prepared before installing a new tarmac driveway, creating a smooth, durable and practical surface with plenty of additional parking space.
As part of the project, we also installed a dropped kerb, providing easier and more convenient vehicle access directly from the road.
The completed transformation has significantly increased the property’s usable parking space while creating a smart, low-maintenance entrance that complements the home and its surroundings.
